It’s entirely possible you have been training at IMC for over a year or so and haven’t heard of the “Leadership Program”. That’s because this fortnightly class is strictly invitation only and we are VERY selective on who we invite.
The Leadership Program is where we train our best and brightest that have excelled in class (and even at Black Belt Club level) to pass on their skills to the next generation of students.
In order to be invited to the program we follow a specific criteria:
– Students must have displayed some level of leadership amongst classmates.
– Students must show a strong enthusiasm towards their Martial Art.
– Students must display a highly proficient level of skill to set an example for others.
But why do we teach this?
Simple. We strive to be the best Martial Arts service provider in Australia. To help everyone who walks through the doors at an IMC dojo to be enriched physically and mentally in the other parts of their lives.
And to do this, we need the best instructors possible.
We are proud to say that every IMC instructor was trained, developed and hired internally at the dojo… and NOW we are looking for more instructors to pass on their skills.
The end goal of the Leadership Program is to continually develop and hire the best young Martial Artists in Australia to deliver the best quality of training to our students. If you’re interested in being invited, keep putting in the effort in class as Hanshi Paul is keeping an eye out 😉
